These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at LauraAhern.com (the "Site") and all services, programs, products, content, educational materials, and community platforms offered by Energy Linguistics International LLC, including offerings presented under the Laura Ahern brand ("we," "us," or "our") (collectively, "Services").

By accessing our Site, purchasing or accessing our products, or engaging with our Services in any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or Services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our Site or Services, you represent that:

•       You are at least 18 years of age

•       You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

•       You are not prohibited from receiving our Services under applicable law

•       You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Energy Linguistics International LLC offers a range of services, products, educational experiences, and resources designed to support personal transformation, spiritual development, consciousness exploration, professional and business development, and the emergence and expression of authentic calling, creative work, and contribution.

Our offerings are organized across various formats and levels of engagement, each designed to meet participants, students, clients, readers, practitioners, and other members of our audience at different stages of their learning, development, and work.

The types of Services we offer or may offer include:

Self-Paced Learning and Digital Educational Products

We offer digital educational content, including free and paid resources, designed to introduce and deepen engagement with our teachings, methods, frameworks, and bodies of work.

These may include recorded teachings, masterclasses, courses, audio programs, digital downloads, workbooks, guided practices, educational resources, and other digital learning materials delivered through the Site or third-party platforms.

Pricing, access terms, and other details are provided on the applicable sales, product, or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Training and Certification Programs

We offer live, recorded, virtual, and immersive training programs in energy healing, consciousness, personal and professional development, proprietary methods and frameworks, and related areas of education.

These may include certification programs within our proprietary lineage, modalities, methodologies, or bodies of work. Such programs are offered at varying levels of depth and may be designed for individuals who wish to integrate, practice, or carry aspects of this work into their personal or professional lives.

Certification within our lineage, modalities, or educational programs reflects completion of the applicable program requirements and does not confer medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional credentials unless expressly stated otherwise.

Pricing, dates, eligibility requirements, enrollment terms, and other details are provided on the applicable program page, enrollment materials, or by direct invitation.

Community and Ongoing Support

We offer or may offer community memberships and ongoing support containers for individuals who wish to remain in an active, supported relationship with our teachings, community, programs, or evolving body of work.

Access levels, inclusions, duration, community requirements, and pricing are outlined at the time of enrollment.

Group Mentorship

We offer or may offer group mentorship programs for individuals ready to engage more deeply with their calling, identity, personal or professional development, contribution, and purpose-driven work within a supported collective environment.

Group programs may include live guidance, education, coaching or mentorship, collective practices, group experiences, and peer community.

Details, inclusions, eligibility requirements, duration, and pricing are outlined on the applicable program page, enrollment materials, or by invitation.

Private Mentorship and Advisory Services

We offer selective private one-on-one mentorship, individualized guidance, and advisory services for individuals, entrepreneurs, practitioners, leaders, creators, and other professionals seeking dedicated support in their personal, professional, creative, or business development.

Private mentorship may include individualized strategy, guidance, education, and other forms of support as described in the applicable engagement.

Private mentorship is offered on a limited basis and may be available by application or personal invitation only. Specific inclusions, availability, duration, investment, payment obligations, and other terms are outlined in the individual client agreement provided at enrollment.

Private Sessions

We offer or may offer individual private sessions for personal transformation, spiritual guidance, education, energy work, consciousness exploration, and related purposes.

These sessions are not medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or other licensed healthcare services. Session availability, pricing, eligibility, and booking details are provided on the applicable page or communicated directly.

Live Events, Intensives, Workshops, and Retreats

We offer or may offer in-person and virtual live events, intensives, workshops, conferences, trainings, retreats, and other educational or transformational experiences.

These experiences may include education, experiential practices, personal or professional development, spiritual or consciousness-based work, practitioner education, or other activities related to our teachings and body of work.

Details, pricing, eligibility requirements, cancellation terms, and other terms specific to each event are provided on the applicable event page and/or in event-specific agreements, releases, or waivers.

Speaking and Professional Engagements

Laura Ahern offers or may offer keynote speaking, guest teaching, workshops, presentations, interviews, professional education, conference appearances, organizational engagements, media appearances, and other speaking or expert engagements.

The scope, fees, travel requirements, intellectual property permissions, recording rights, cancellation terms, and other conditions applicable to a speaking or professional engagement may be governed by a separate written agreement.

Books, Publications, and Written Works

We offer or may offer books, workbooks, manuals, articles, newsletters, written educational resources, publications, and other written or published works in physical or digital formats.

Certain publications may be sold or distributed through third-party retailers, publishers, platforms, or service providers and may therefore also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

Evolving Offerings

The specific programs, products, offerings, and service formats available through Energy Linguistics International LLC and the Laura Ahern brand may evolve over time.

The descriptions above are intended to encompass the types of Services we provide or may make available and do not represent that every Service is currently open for enrollment, purchase, application, or booking.

Current offerings, availability, pricing, eligibility requirements, and enrollment or purchase details are provided on the applicable sales, product, event, or program page; through an application or checkout process; in an applicable written agreement; or communicated directly.

These Terms apply to all Services within their scope regardless of whether a particular Service is currently publicly promoted or available for new enrollment.

IMPORTANT: Unless expressly stated otherwise, our Services are offered for educational, informational, personal development, spiritual development, and related purposes. They are not substitutes for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice or treatment. Please review our Disclaimer for additional information.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

A. Ownership

All original content and materials made available through our Site or Services, including written works, educational materials, course content, manuals, recordings, graphics, diagrams, and original expressions of frameworks, methodologies, and teachings, are owned by or licensed to Energy Linguistics International LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Laura Ahern and Energy Linguistics International LLC own and use various trademarks and service marks in connection with their educational, professional, and related goods and services. These include, as applicable, The Energy Linguist®, Anuraya Reiki®, The Linguistic Consciousness Framework™, The Conduit of the Mind™, Lore Light Integration Method®, The T.R.U.E. Method™, and Energy Evolution Formula™, among others.

Certain marks may be federally registered, the subject of pending applications, or protected through use under applicable law.

The Linguistic Consciousness Framework™, The Conduit of the Mind™, Energy Evolution Formula™, The T.R.U.E. Method™, and other original frameworks and methodologies developed by Laura Ahern constitute proprietary intellectual property of Laura Ahern and/or Energy Linguistics International LLC.

This intellectual property includes proprietary names as well as original written explanations, educational materials, illustrations, diagrams, recordings, and other original expressions embodying these frameworks and methodologies, which are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in writing, no content or materials from the Site or Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, adapted, displayed, or used commercially in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of Laura Ahern, Energy Linguistics International LLC, or any applicable rights holder.

All rights reserved.

B. Limited License

Enrollment in any program or purchase of any product grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to access and use the materials provided for your individual use only, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publish, teach, sell, resell, sublicense, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative materials from our protected content except as expressly authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

C. Lineage and Certification Protections

Certain proprietary energy healing lineages, modalities, symbols, transmission materials, training materials, certification curricula, and related teachings may be subject to intellectual property, confidentiality, contractual, certification, or other usage restrictions.

Certified practitioners are authorized to use or practice protected materials only within the scope of the permissions associated with their applicable certification level and any separate practitioner, licensing, or certification agreement.

No certification grants ownership of our trademarks, copyrighted materials, proprietary training materials, or other intellectual property.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, teaching, certification, commercial use, or representation of protected materials or marks may violate applicable intellectual property rights, contractual restrictions, certification requirements, or other legal rights.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Use our Services only for lawful purposes.

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

• Refrain from recording sessions or events without prior written consent.

• Refrain from sharing protected program materials with non-enrolled individuals.

• Refrain from reproducing, misappropriating, or commercially exploiting our proprietary frameworks or protected content except as expressly authorized.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Where a Service includes participation in a community, cohort, group program, training environment, event, or other participant space, respectful engagement is required.

You agree to:

• Treat all participants, facilitators, staff, and guests with dignity and respect.

• Honor the confidentiality and privacy of what is shared by other participants.

• Refrain from solicitation, self-promotion, or advertising within participant spaces without permission.

• Refrain from hate speech, harassment, threats, abuse, or discriminatory conduct.

• Refrain from sharing or distributing protected or copyrighted materials without authorization.

• Follow any additional community, event, training, or program-specific standards communicated to you.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a community platform, program, training, event, or other participant environment for violation of these standards or other applicable agreements.

Any refund or remaining payment obligations following removal will be determined in accordance with these Terms and any applicable program, client, enrollment, certification, or event-specific agreement.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing for all paid Services is listed on the applicable sales, product, program, event, or checkout page at the time of enrollment or purchase or is otherwise communicated in writing.

By enrolling in or purchasing any paid Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and payment obligations disclosed at the time of your transaction or in the applicable agreement.

Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to the payment amount, schedule, and duration disclosed at enrollment, checkout, or in the applicable agreement. Selecting a payment plan does not eliminate your obligation to complete the agreed payment schedule unless otherwise provided in the applicable agreement or required by law.

Where a recurring subscription or membership is offered, you agree to the billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation terms disclosed at enrollment or purchase.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and maintain a valid payment method for any scheduled or recurring payments. We reserve the right to suspend access to applicable Services and pursue lawful collection of amounts that remain due.

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors and may also be subject to that provider’s applicable terms and policies.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Unless otherwise stated, pricing in effect at the time of your enrollment or purchase will govern that transaction or applicable contractual term.

7. REFUND POLICY

By purchasing or enrolling in a Service, you acknowledge and agree to the refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms applicable to that Service as disclosed at the time of purchase or enrollment and as set forth in these Terms or any applicable agreement.

Our refund policies vary by Service type and are described below.

Specific refund, cancellation, transfer, or credit terms for an individual Service may also be provided on the applicable sales or event page, at checkout, or in an individual program, enrollment, or client agreement.

Where an applicable written agreement contains different terms for a particular Service, that agreement governs with respect to that Service.

Self-Paced Digital Products

All sales of digital products, recordings, and self-paced courses are final, subject to applicable law and any specific guarantee or refund policy expressly offered at the time of purchase.

If a technical issue prevents access to content you have purchased, contact us at support@lauraahern.com within seven (7) days of purchase and we will work to resolve the access issue.

Training, Certification, and Live Intensives

Unless different terms are provided for the applicable offering, cancellations made thirty (30) or more days before the start of a live training or intensive may receive a credit toward a future eligible offering.

Cancellations made fewer than thirty (30) days before the start date, or failure to attend, may result in forfeiture of the enrollment fee.

Specific cancellation, transfer, refund, or credit terms may be provided in the applicable program agreement, enrollment materials, or event page and will govern where applicable.

Ongoing Programs and Memberships

Due to the potential immediate delivery of community access, digital materials, or other program benefits upon enrollment, refund eligibility may be limited after access has been granted.

Any applicable refund, cancellation, renewal, or termination terms will be disclosed at enrollment, checkout, or in the applicable agreement.

Private Sessions

Unless otherwise stated at booking:

• Cancellations with forty-eight (48) or more hours' notice may be rescheduled within ninety (90) days of the original booking date.

• Only one reschedule is permitted per booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If a rescheduled session is subsequently cancelled or missed, the session may be forfeited.

• Cancellations with fewer than forty-eight (48) hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

• No-shows may result in forfeiture of the session and the full fee.

Retreats and In-Person Events

Unless different terms are provided for the applicable event:

• Ninety (90) or more days before the event: refund eligibility may be available less any stated non-refundable administrative fee or nonrecoverable expenses.

• Thirty-one (31) to eighty-nine (89) days before the event: refund, transfer, or credit terms are subject to the specific event terms provided at enrollment.

• Thirty (30) days or fewer before the event: enrollment may be non-refundable.

• If an event is cancelled or materially affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, available remedies, credits, transfers, or refunds will be communicated based on the circumstances, applicable agreements, and applicable law.

Private Mentorship and Advisory Services

Refund, cancellation, termination, and remaining payment obligations for private mentorship and advisory engagements are outlined in the applicable individual client agreement.

That agreement governs the applicable engagement.

Speaking and Professional Engagements

Deposits, cancellation terms, travel expenses, rescheduling rights, recording permissions, and other financial terms for speaking and professional engagements are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred or have a concern regarding a charge, you agree to contact us at support@lauraahern.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute and provide us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter, except where doing so would interfere with or waive any right or deadline available to you under applicable law.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not relieve you of payment obligations that are otherwise valid and enforceable under these Terms or any applicable agreement. Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without a valid basis, is determined in our favor, or concerns amounts that remain lawfully due, Energy Linguistics International LLC reserves the right to recover the unpaid amount and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and any governing agreement, reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with the dispute, collection, or enforcement of the payment obligation.

We may suspend access to applicable Services while a disputed payment remains unresolved where permitted by applicable law and the governing agreement.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict or waive any right you may have under applicable law to dispute an unauthorized, erroneous, fraudulent, or otherwise legally disputable charge.

8. NO WARRANTIES

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant or guarantee that our Services will meet your specific expectations; that any particular personal, professional, spiritual, business, financial, educational, or other result will be achieved; or that our Site, platforms, or third-party systems will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENERGY LINGUISTICS INTERNATIONAL LLC, LAURA AHERN, AND THEIR APPLICABLE EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ENERGY LINGUISTICS INTERNATIONAL LLC FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Energy Linguistics International LLC, Laura Ahern, and their applicable employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from or related to your unlawful or wrongful use of our Services, your material violation of these Terms or an applicable agreement, your infringement or violation of third-party rights, or your negligent or wrongful conduct.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

Certain Services may involve confidential information, private participant disclosures, proprietary educational materials, private mentorship communications, practitioner or certification materials, or other non-public information.

Where applicable, you agree not to:

• Record or distribute private session, mentorship, group, training, or event content without prior written consent.

• Share protected program, training, or certification materials with individuals who are not authorized to receive them.

• Disclose confidential personal information or private disclosures made by other participants.

• Use confidential or protected proprietary materials in your own commercial offerings except as expressly authorized in writing.

Nothing in this section is intended to characterize publicly available information, independently developed information, or information that cannot lawfully be restricted as confidential.

Additional confidentiality obligations may be contained in applicable client, program, certification, practitioner, or other agreements.

12. TESTIMONIALS AND MEDIA CONSENT

Testimonials

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, written statement, audio or video testimonial, or other feedback for promotional use, you grant Energy Linguistics International LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted material, together with any name, likeness, voice, or other identifying information you have authorized us to use, for marketing, educational, promotional, and related business purposes.

Any material editing will not intentionally misrepresent the substance of your testimonial.

Events, Photography, and Recording

Certain events, trainings, workshops, retreats, speaking engagements, or other experiences may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

Where photography or recording will occur, applicable notice, consent procedures, releases, or opt-out opportunities may be provided based on the nature of the event and intended use of the media.

Participation in an event does not independently authorize use of confidential personal disclosures or private session content for promotional purposes unless appropriate permission has been obtained.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except to the extent applicable federal law or other mandatory law governs.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services, you and Energy Linguistics International LLC agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If good-faith negotiation fails and the dispute is subject to a valid agreement to arbitrate, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in St. Johns County, Florida, in accordance with the applicable rules specified in the governing agreement or, where applicable, the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any applicable arbitration agreement, disputes shall be brought on an individual basis rather than as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where arbitration or a class-action waiver is prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.

14. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services where a participant or user materially violates these Terms or another applicable agreement, engages in fraud or material misrepresentation, threatens or harms other participants or our business, infringes intellectual property rights, fails to satisfy applicable payment obligations, or engages in other conduct for which suspension or termination is permitted under the applicable agreement or law.

Where appropriate under the circumstances, we may provide notice or an opportunity to cure a violation before termination, but we are not required to do so where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect participants, intellectual property, our business, or others.

Upon termination, your right to access the applicable Services may cease.

Refund eligibility and remaining payment obligations following termination are governed by Section 7 and any applicable program, client, certification, enrollment, or other agreement.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, indemnification, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

15. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Site, email, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the Site or Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We also reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or evolve our Services, programs, products, and offerings at any time, subject to any obligations contained in an applicable existing agreement and applicable law.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, applicable checkout or enrollment terms, and any individual program, client, practitioner, certification, event, or other agreement applicable to a particular Service, constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable Services.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a more specific written agreement governing a particular enrollment, purchase, certification, event, or engagement, the more specific agreement governs with respect to that matter unless otherwise stated.
