These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at lauraahern.com (the "Site") and all services, programs, content, and community platforms offered by Energy Linguistics International ("we," "us," or "our") (collectively, "Services").

By accessing our Site or engaging with our Services in any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or Services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our Site or Services, you represent that:

•       You are at least 18 years of age

•       You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

•       You are not prohibited from receiving our Services under applicable law

•       You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Energy Linguistics International offers a range of services designed to support personal transformation, spiritual development, consciousness exploration, and the emergence of your authentic calling and creative work. Our offerings are organized across several types of containers, each designed to meet you at a different stage of your journey.

The types of containers we offer include:

Self-Paced Learning

We offer digital educational content — including free and paid resources — designed to introduce our core teachings and frameworks. These include recorded teachings, masterclasses, and foundational courses delivered via digital download or online platform. Pricing and details are listed on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase.

Training and Certification Programs

We offer live and immersive training programs in energy healing and spiritual modalities, including certification programs within our proprietary lineage and modalities. These programs are offered at varying levels of depth and are designed for those called to carry and offer this work in the world. Certification within our lineage and modalities is granted upon completion of the designated training and does not confer medical, therapeutic, or licensed healthcare credentials. Pricing, dates, and enrollment details are provided on the applicable program page or by direct invitation.

Community and Ongoing Support

We offer community memberships and ongoing support containers for those who wish to remain in an active, supported relationship with our teachings, community, and evolving body of work. Access levels, inclusions, and pricing are outlined at the time of enrollment.

Group Mentorship

We offer group mentorship programs for those who are ready to engage more deeply with their calling, identity, and the building of their purpose-driven work — within a supported collective container. Group programs include live guidance, collective healing, and peer community. Details, inclusions, and pricing are outlined on the applicable program page or shared by invitation.

Private Mentorship

We offer private one-on-one mentorship for those who are building original bodies of work and require a dedicated, intimate mentorship relationship. Private mentorship is offered on a limited basis and is extended by personal invitation only. Specific inclusions, availability, and investment details are outlined in the individual client agreement provided at enrollment.

Private Sessions

We offer individual private sessions for personal transformation, spiritual guidance, and energy work. These are not medical or therapeutic services. Session availability, pricing, and booking details are listed on the applicable page.

Live Events and Retreats

We offer in-person and virtual live events, intensives, workshops, and retreats. These experiences are designed for deep transformation, transmission, and community. Details, pricing, and terms specific to each event are provided on the applicable event page and in any event-specific agreements or waivers.

The specific programs, offerings, and containers available through Energy Linguistics International evolve over time. Current offerings, pricing, and enrollment details are always found on the applicable sales or program page, or communicated directly. These Terms govern all Services regardless of how they are described or structured at any given time.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

A. Ownership

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, recordings, and teachings available through our Site or Services are owned by or licensed to Energy Linguistics International and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Our registered trademarks include The Energy Linguist®, Anuraya Reiki™, The Linguistic Consciousness Method™, Conduit of the Mind™, Lore Light Integration Method®, and T.R.U.E. Method™, among others. All rights reserved.

The academic field of Linguistic Consciousness Studies, as established and developed by Laura Ahern, and all associated frameworks, principles, and teachings are protected by copyright.

B. Limited License

Enrollment in any program or purchase of any product grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the materials provided for your individual use only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any of our content or methodologies.

C. Lineage Protections

Our proprietary energy healing lineage and modalities, their symbols, attunement processes, sacred teachings, and certification curriculum are confidential and proprietary. Certified practitioners are authorized to practice within the scope of their certification level only. Unauthorized teaching, attuning, certifying, reproducing, or representing our lineage or modalities in any form is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement of our intellectual property rights.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our Services, you agree to:

•       Provide accurate and truthful information

•       Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

•       Use our Services only for lawful, personal purposes

•       Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants

•       Refrain from recording sessions or events without prior written consent

•       Refrain from sharing program materials with non-enrolled individuals

•       Refrain from reverse-engineering, reproducing, or commercially exploiting our proprietary frameworks or content

•       Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Participation in any community platform or group program offered by Energy Linguistics International requires respectful engagement. You agree to:

•       Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with dignity and respect

•       Honor the confidentiality of what is shared within group containers

•       Refrain from solicitation, self-promotion, or advertising within community spaces without permission

•       Refrain from hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory conduct of any kind

•       Refrain from sharing or distributing copyrighted materials without authorization

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a community platform or program for violation of these standards, at our sole discretion, without refund.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing for all Services is listed on the applicable sales or program page at the time of enrollment or purchase. By enrolling in or purchasing any paid Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined at the time of your transaction.

Where payment plans are offered, you agree to honor the full payment schedule as outlined at checkout or in your individual program agreement. Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to programs and community platforms. We reserve the right to refer overdue accounts to collections.

Recurring subscription or membership fees are billed on the schedule stated at enrollment. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. To cancel, contact us at support@lauraahern.com prior to your next billing date.

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our designated payment processor. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; pricing in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply for the duration of your current term.

7. REFUND POLICY

Our refund policies vary by service type and are as follows. Specific refund terms for individual programs may also be outlined in your program agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with this section.

Self-Paced Digital Products

All sales of digital products, recordings, and self-paced courses are final. No refunds are issued once the content has been accessed or downloaded. If a technical issue prevents access to content you have purchased, contact us at support@lauraahern.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

Training, Certification, and Live Intensives

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the start of a live training or intensive will receive a credit toward a future offering. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the start date, or no-shows, forfeit their enrollment fee. Specific terms may be outlined in your program agreement or on the event page.

Ongoing Programs and Memberships

Due to the immediate delivery of community access and program materials upon enrollment, all sales are final once access has been granted. If you have not yet accessed any materials or community features, a refund request submitted within 48 hours of purchase will be reviewed at our discretion.

Private Sessions

•       Cancellations with 48 or more hours notice: session may be rescheduled within 90 days of the original booking date

•       Only one reschedule is permitted per booking; if the rescheduled session is cancelled or missed for any reason, the session is forfeited

•       Cancellations with fewer than 48 hours notice: session is forfeited

•       No-shows: session is forfeited and the full fee is charged

Retreats and In-Person Events

•       90 or more days before the event: full refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee, as stated on the event page

•       31 to 89 days before the event: refund terms are subject to the specific event details provided at time of enrollment

•       30 days or fewer before the event: no refund

•       Force majeure cancellation by us: credit toward a future event or partial refund, as communicated at the time

Private Mentorship

Refund terms for private mentorship engagements are outlined in the individual client agreement signed at enrollment. That agreement governs in full.

Chargebacks

You agree to contact us at support@lauraahern.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension from all Services and legal action to recover associated costs and fees.

8. NO WARRANTIES

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our Services will meet your specific expectations, that results of any kind will be achieved, or that our Site and platforms will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENERGY LINGUISTICS INTERNATIONAL AND ITS OWNER, LAURA AHERN, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Energy Linguistics International, its owner Laura Ahern, and any employees, contractors, or agents, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your negligent or wrongful conduct.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

All program materials, session content, methodologies, community discussions, and proprietary frameworks shared through our Services are confidential. You agree not to:

•       Record or distribute session content without prior written consent

•       Share program materials with individuals who are not enrolled

•       Disclose personal shares made by other participants in group settings

•       Use our proprietary frameworks, teachings, or methodologies in your own commercial offerings

12. TESTIMONIALS AND MEDIA CONSENT

By voluntarily providing a testimonial, or by participating in any event where photos or recordings may be taken, you grant Energy Linguistics International a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your words, likeness, voice, and story for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes across all media and platforms, unless you have submitted a written opt-out request prior to the event or use.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If good faith negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in St. Johns County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in or bring a class action lawsuit against Energy Linguistics International.

14. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other participants or to our business, involves fraud or misrepresentation, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access our Services ceases immediately. Refund eligibility following termination is governed by the Refund Policy in Section 7 and by any applicable program agreement.

15. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on our Site. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or evolve our Services, programs, and offerings at any time without liability to you.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any individual program or client agreement signed at enrollment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Energy Linguistics International with respect to your use of our Services. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an individual program agreement, the individual program agreement governs with respect to that specific enrollment.
