The Energy Evolution Formula™, created by Laura Ahern, illustrates the relationship between four interconnected aspects of human experience: Spirit, Thought, Emotion, and Physical. It shows how energy moves from the subtle and unseen into what becomes tangible and experienced—and how that relationship also moves in reverse.

Through this framework, Laura teaches that our thoughts and emotions form a critical bridge between our inner and outer worlds. The beliefs and conditioning held within the mind can influence how we feel, what we perceive, the choices we make, and ultimately what we experience and create.
The Energy Evolution Formula™ also offers a way to understand why meaningful external change often requires internal change. When we become aware of what is operating within us, we gain greater choice in what we continue to believe, embody, and bring forward into our lives.
